Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Tipid ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Tipid on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or lease any part of the app.

3. Not financial advice

Tipid is a personal record-keeping and visualization tool. Balances, forecasts, and summaries are calculated only from what you enter, and may not reflect your actual financial situation. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

4. Your data is your responsibility

All data lives on your device, and deleting the app deletes your data. The app provides export tools (JSON and CSV) — keeping backups is up to you. We are not responsible for data lost through deletion, device loss, or failure to export.

5. Advertising

The app displays advertising served by Google AdMob. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content. Data practices related to advertising are described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content (excluding your data) are owned by Kanto Projects and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Brand names shown as labels within the app belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively only.

7. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kanto Projects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or savings, arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the app and these terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may discontinue the app at any time — your data remains on your device and exportable.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
